GABLE LAFOURCHE is by one of America's champion sires, GABLE DODGE. Rising from equal 34th in his first year on the standings in 2000 to number 9 in 2001, then number 3 in 2002 and number 2 in 2003. He currently has sons standing at stud in the US which include STAN'S BOY FLYER, GABLE OSCAR and DODGEM BY DESIGN. GABLE DODGE is a son of WIGWAM WAG ( Champion US sire in 1996 ) who ended the 5 year reign by Hall Of Fame sire HB'S COMMANDER at the top of the US's Sire's rankings.

GABLE LAFOURCHE's dam , SEEGOLD PANACHE is a half sister to prominent US sires SEEGOLD BIG RED and SEEGOLD EXCELL, being out of the BEST OF BLUE bitch BAR X CELESTE.

BEST OF BLUE is a brilliant Australian Sire renowned for exceptional early pace. He held the first split record at Olympic Park (5.22) for 10 years until the track closed. He won 14 and placed 6 times from 22 starts - wins included Wangaratta Cup and Maturity Final.

was the only greyhound to run under 30.0 secs at Gulf Greyhound Park in Texas in 2002 - and she did it 7 times

ran 29.57 and 29.59 at Wheeling Downs when the track record was 29.52
was the only female on the All American team in 2002 finishing third after missing a good portion of the year through injury

While GABLE LAFOURCHE was unraced he beat his sister GABLE VERMILION on the trial track more times than she beat him. Prominent US owner Harlyn Goebel rated him as potentally the best dog he ever had.

She was a versatile tenacious open class sprinter who won 23 races over distances ranging from 300m to 600m. She commenced her career in Queensland then moved to South Australia where her wins included the Strathalbyn Cup and a heat of the Whyalla Cup.
